3. The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening
Following the epic Breath of the Wild is an impossible job, so Nintendo has chosen a different path. The next Zelda game on Switch is a remake of the 1993 Game Boy outing The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, complete with retro art style and a tilt-shift aesthetic. This might disappoint some hoping for more open world adventuring, but Link’s Awakening was an innovative and critically acclaimed title in its day, and the Switch is the perfect console to revisit it on.
